I used one email to log in Paypal and I can log in only 1 computer, others will show "Please check your entries and try again" as snapshot below.
I tried with another laptop, mobile, iPad. All are failed to log in. However, I can log in this email with my colleague's loptop. So, I am pretty sure that the username and password are correct. The location setting is on. Could you please help?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
