I am not getting code in my registered mobile number while I try to login. I even changed another number but the issue is same. I am from Nepal & used ncell sim

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues to receive OTP on your phone number to be able to login. I know how concerning this must be. If you are not receiving the text code, it could be because your phone is filtering out some text messages. I recommend that you contact your mobile service provider to make sure that your phone accepts all text messages. If you are still facing issues, please contact us by clicking on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of our website and then choosing the "Password and account access" issue.
