It's not letting me sign in, and when I try to change the password, it says that it can't verify it's me. I tried on the app, on my phone's browser, and my computer and they all do the same thing. Can someone help me?

I would recommend reaching out to our customer support team through the contact options available by clicking on help&contact at the bottom of your PayPal country website, as PayPal is country specific or reaching out by Facebook or Twitter.
