So i got the paypal cash card in the mail and wanted to set up my paypal to my twitch so i can receive donations. i tested this by sending myself a dollar and it worked but i have the money pending. Whenever i click accept it tells me to link to a card or bank. i try to link the paypal cash card since it's the only card i have and i don't have a bank account and it doesn't accept the card. i just sit in this loop of i wanna verify this but it wont let me. is there any way to get this out of pending without making a bank account or putting on someone elses card because i'd like for this to just be as easy as keeping money in my paypal wallet and using the cash card to buy things in real life if possible
