It appears you need some assistance verifying your account. To keep you informed, you have two verifications to be completed on your account. One is your account verification and the other is your identity verification.
You can complete your account verification by adding and confirming a bank account. Here is how you can add a bank, please refer to this link. However to complete your identity verification, you will have add a legible ID. Here is the procedure to do it. Please refer to it and proceed accordingly.
