How to reset password for an account that you haven't confirmed email address to

Hi,

 

created a new account for a business. When I was going to confirm the account, the password was not working and hasn't been saved in the browser. 
Called Paypal two times this morning, but they say that there is no agent available. 

When trying "forget password" it just says 

Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you 

And that I can contact them through phone.


Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or when the agents are back?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
