How to Change Language in Downloads

My monthly statements are downloading in French.  How do I change them to English.  Thank you

Here’s how to change the language on your account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
3. Under "Account options" click Edit beside "Language."
4. Select your preferred language.

The PayPal website and the emails you receive from us will be in your selected language. Changing the language does not change how your account works.

I tried this. It didn't work. The site changed back to English but the statements continue to be downloaded in French!
