How long does a business contact name change take?

Our previous Executive Director retired and I am the new business contact person. I have uploaded the requested documentation to request a business contact name change, but I see no response from Paypal. How long does it take for the name change to go into effect?

Guess that depends on how busy they are and when they get around to your turn in the queue?

Why not contact them for an update?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
