How do I verify my Paypal account?

I have read what is to be done on the support page. I am to go into settings and follow the "to do list".

I have two options. Account Settings and Profile Settings and I see a to do list in neither of them.

 

I changed my Paypal to a business account (I think that's what it's called) recently and maybe the procedure is different.

Please let me know what can be done.

 

I am in Ireland. (This is a repost to clarify my location.)
