How To Set Time Zone

Hi We are based in Slovenia – Europe. I would like to set Paypal time zone to CET as our Paypal transaction dates/time are different from actual one. How can I do that?

Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
Click Settings at the top of the page.

There is only one time zone to select, GMT-8 Pacific time. How can I select another one, GMT+1?

How do I change my timezone in PayPal?
Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile near the top of the page. Click Settings. Click Update in the Time zone section
