How I know whether my KYC is completed and my account is ready to get payment ?


I have completed all the steps regarding KYC. I waited for 7 days but still not getting any confirmation email of KYC . In KYC portal it shows - 

Thank you for providing all the required information. We'll get back to you within 7 business days.

How do I confirm whether my account is ready to get payment or not?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.


When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the 'Resolution Center' to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email.


The review process typically takes 5-7 business days. Please allow for a few more days to pass and you should receive an email update.
