Help me verify my identity

im trying to reset the password of another account but it ask me to verify my identity with the app , the problem is that i dont have that account on my app . How can i verify my identity with my email or phone number? please help because i have money on that account but i cannot log-in T-T

Welcome to the community!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your account. To resolve any access issues, the best thing to do is contact our Customer Support. 

This can be done by clicking here, then choosing Password and access issues, and then click Login problems. There you will be able to contact our customer support without having to login.
