I got "check your entries and try again" message when trying to log into the account. Has my account been closed down? I could log into my business account fine. I have pending transactions on that account and I've got someone messaging saying their payment (from me) was cancelled, but I've received no notice of this. Not even a "shut down" notice -- if my account was shut down.
Please help thank you

also, I have tried to reset password. It wouldn't let me and gave me the message "We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later."
