Face ID not working on iPhone 11 Pro

Paypal app issue? Anyone else not able to use face id to login?

It works on my other PayPal account but not this one!!!

Make sure your device name doesn’t have any special characters in it. On iphone - Settings > General > About > Name That fixed it for me

Yep already tried that, won’t work I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it but nothing

I had same problem. Try this method. 

Go to your PayPal profile in the app.

Go to Login and Security.

If the Face ID is on, turn it off and then on again.

It should then ask you if you want to use Face ID.

Click ok.

This just worked for me on the iPhone 13.
