Expat Account Verification Issues

Hi folks. I am an American expat living in Denmark. As part of moving I had to close down my old US-based account and create a new one in Denmark. This was all working fine until my account was suddenly restricted. I verified my account and everything was back up and running for a few days. Recently, the my account was restricted again.

Here is where it gets interesting:

- Click on "Resolve Account Issue" notification

- Click on the "Resolve" button

- After a short wait I am presented with a, "Your personal info is now confirmed" page

- However my account is still restricted. No combination of browsers, devices, and paths seems to resolve the issue

- To make matters worse, I can't figure out how to contact Paypal to resolve the issue through the maze of "Contact Us"

Any ideas?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
