Where do I find the nominated e-mail address that customer dispute notifications are going to?
It appears we aren't receiving them but I can not find where to change/update this notification?

Hi @ScotchAU,
Thank you for your post.
Any account notifications are sent to the customers primary email address on their PayPal account. This can only be updated by the customer themselves. They can view the email address in their account settings.
If they are not received any emails regarding an open dispute, please advise them to contact our customer support.
I hope this helps!
