ME: Your HELP on "ADD CONTACT" returns this:
Go to the Invoicing section of your account.
ME: NEED TO SAY "from QUICK LINKS" drop down menu.
From the Settings drop-down menu (GEAR ICON?), select Address book.
ME: NO ADDRESS BOOK. ONLY:
- Customers
- Business Information
- Items
- Taxes
- Templates
- Automatic Reminders
Click the contact you would like to update or remove, then click Edit or Delete.
ME: NO "CONTACT" SELECTION. IF YOU ADD A CUSTOMER, THE CONTACT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SEND MONEY TO.
Click Add new contact if you would like to add someone new to your address book.
THERE IS NO ADDRESS BOOK. THERE IS NO "ADD NEW CONTACT". HOW MANY VERSIONS OF THESE PROCESSES ARE OUT THERE? SYNC THEM AND USE THE EXACT SAME TERMINOLOGY. I STILL CANNOT ADD A CONTACT!!!
RESOLUTION: SIGN UP FOR ZELLE, VENMO, anything BUT PAYPAL.
