Cannot use PayPal to pay on websites

I can log into my PayPal on PayPal’s actual website but when I try to use PayPal on other websites it won’t fully log me in. It accepts my credentials but then gives me a lock with a loading wheel around it. And it will just spin and spin endlessly. Never completing the login process. So I’ve not been able to use PayPal to pay for anything for quite a while and I’m about to close my account because I’m so over it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues using PayPal lately. Have you tried the steps in this article: What do I do if I can't login?
 

If you have and you're still running into issues using PayPal, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
