Can the same National ID be used for multiple online buyer accounts?

Hello, I was wondering if its possible to create multiple online buyer accounts using the same national id? I have 2 siblings and we work as freelancer writers, programmers, etc. as a side job, I use my mom's national id to create my Paypal account and it has helped me and my mom quite a lot. Is it possible for my siblings to create their own Paypal accounts under the same national id?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

No, this is not possible I'm afraid. When you create a PayPal account, you must do so using your own name and details. For example if you are using the account, it would need to be created under your name and not your mothers. 

If your siblings want to have PayPal accounts, they would need to create them on their own using their legal name. Creating accounts using someone else's name, may result in the account being limited. For more information, please review our User Agreement.
