Can't change name after providing ID

Hello, I want to change my paypal account name from my alias to my full real name, I provided ID and it contained a photo, full name, and date of birth, but they sent back an email saying

 

Let's try to change your name again
We've reviewed your ID to change your name, but couldn't confirm your identity with the image you uploaded.

Changing from a fictitious name to a legally recognized name is not something that is supported. If the account is not currently limited, you may wish to close the account and open an account using the correct information.

How much time will that take? And will I be able to use the same email and phone number?

I understand your concern about the name change. In general, it can take up to a week's time to review the documents and complete the process. Since you have submitted all the requirements but couldn't confirm your identity, I would recommend you to check the Resolution Center to see what next to be done.
