Can I set up a Paypal Business for my US-registered Corporation as us non-resident? (I have an EIN number, address, phone number, bank account, etc., but I don't have a SSN number)

Yes, you don't have to have an SSN to create a US PayPal business account. PayPal is country specific. This means an account should only be created in a country you are living in. If you live in the US, then yes you can create a US account.
