Can I close my current account and then open another with the same financial informations?

Just like the title says.

I don't like to ask any questions like this, but I fear that I have no choice as I haven't found anything relevant in the Terms of Service, neither in the "Help" section.

What I want to do is: I delete all my financial informations on my current account, then close my account and then make another one in the future, WITH the same financial informations of the deleted account.

Could that be possible?

Also, forgive me if this has been answered before but I didn't see anything specific to what I'm asking. I might've missed it anyways.

You should be able to re-use your email address.

And as long as you remove your cards and bank details from the closed account before you close it then you can use them again.

That is as long as you have not added/removed either card or bank from any paypal account 3 times already.
