I received a “thank you for confirming your phone number” when I closed my PayPal account or at least I thought I did(?) I don’t know if it’s possible for two different people to use the same phone number or how they were able to confirm the phone number if you need a confirmation code to begin with. It’s been freaking me out because I don’t use PayPal and while nothing seemed wrong with my account im just hoping my phone number isn’t being used by other people.
