Call us to confirm your info It looks like we need to do this another way. Give us a call and we'll help get you set up to use this feature. After enabling step 2 verification, it appears this message everytime. I can’t use Roaming so can’t call PayPal’s community. Is there another solution to my problem?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues confirming your information. For secuirty reasons, this can only be resolved by contacting our Customer Support. 

 

To contact us, simply click here. Then click on Password and access issues, then Login problems. There you will be able to contact our Customer Support without logging in.
