cannot close account paypal says open cases resolution centre says all cases closed does paypal not know what is what

i dont want to deasl with paypal any more there are far better options and safer once merchants have your email address

they can just charge your paypal account anytime

ok paypal obviously like so many businesses today cant be contacted so if i cant close the paypal account thats fine

im closing all my bank accounts and requesting new accounts on the basis that i have potential fraud being 

inflicted on my accounts now that is one thing paypal cannot stop so paypal can keep my account opened forever

but there are no bank accounts that can be charged by paypal or any other business

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
