My Australian account have been locked with no reason since some weeks, and I can't get help from a human operator, only an automatic bot that pulls me to an useless loop of "help pages". I've sent my personal data and new Italian address to Paypal to "confirm my identity and address" but I have got no reply. I just want my money back and close my account, how can I do ? Thank you so much for your help !
