Always asked to confirm details and change password

Hello people.  I'm an infrequent user of PayPal.  Every time I try to use it these days I have been locked out and have to confirm all my details and change the password.  This is a total pain and wastes a lot of time in the middle of a transaction.  This never used to happen and it could be months between transactions.  I have been on PayPal for many years.  How can I stop this happening?  Thanks.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks Kernow lass. I have emailed PayPal help re the VPN issue. Waiting for a reply.   How I have finished up with the Santa291 name is a mystery to me.  I didn't set that up.

Hi Kernow lass.  Happy Christmas,

 

PayPal have replied that I can't use a VPN when dealing with them.  Apparently it's in the rules somewhere which rather defeats the idea of having one, but I don't suppose they will change the rules for me.

They have NOT answered the original question why I keep getting locked out and have to change my password every time I log in.  I am not a frequent user but I do expect to be able to access the account when I need it.

Do you have any ideas on this please?
