My proof of identity is already verified. However, when I sent the address verification it was declined due to different name on the billing paper. I am living with my sister and she owned the property. We have different family because we have different father. What are the other options to verify my address? Because I don't have any proof of billing.

- Apply for PayPal Credit Card. Click on the "Products and Services" tab within your account.
