Addition of Secondary Emails

Hello all, I am trying to delete an existing secondary email from my list and add a new one but the response I keep getting is "Error, please contact customer care for assistance"

I'd really appreciate some help.

I would ask that you ensure there are no limitations or requests for information on your Resolution Center. Limitations can prevent some account changes such as removing email addresses. 

 

If you do not have an account limitation, I would ask that you please reach out to our customer service team to investigate this.

I know how to do it. The thing is, when I click add, nothing happens. Tried different browsers. the problem remains. They said no restrictions. You are the worst support
