Account recovery failed

Hello!

My steam account was stolen a few weeks ago, and in order for them to return it, I have to prove my PayPal purchases with pictures, but I no longer have access to the PayPal account. I tried every password I could remember, and I tried to change the password.

My problem with changing the password is that, even though I ask for a confirmation code for my phone number, after I enter the code, PayPal's system insists on entering "security questions". However, when I created this account, I gave something really stupid as an answer with my stupid head, so unfortunately I don't remember that either. How can I recover my paypal account?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
