I have 2 accounts. One in France with a french mobile number and one in South Africa with a south african mobile number. I have issues on both. For the french on, I hjave changed my mobile number, and as a result I cannot pass the verifcationm process to get into my account. The second iss on my SA Paypal is that when I want to link a SA bank account, it only gives me the US banking option. If anyone can help that would be amazing!
