According to documentation, users in Great Britain have the ability to bulk change VAT for all their products. I see no such feature in the US version. The US version makes us change tax one item at a time. This really time consuming and prone to errors when it needs to be done. We do transactions in different cities and counties, we're also sometimes required to change our tax rate depending on the venue. Most places in my city, tax is 8.6%. However, if we go to the next city over, it's 7.5% most places there, but if we do an even at the baseball stadium, we are required to charge 9.5%. Every week we are at a different venue, and every week I have to manually change tax on each and every item. The state of Kansas has over 1,000 tax jurisdictions. “Items” are a nice feature of PayPal that allow you to permanently store frequently used products or services to be pulled into an invoice. “Men’s large sweatshirt,” “6 oz can of flavored coffee,” “Rent for month,” etc. On the invoice, information may be added to the items, so that “Men’s large sweatshirt,” becomes “Men’s large sweatshirt – Red.” The coffee becomes “6 oz can of flavored coffee - Caramel” and the “Rent for month,” becomes “Rent for month – Jan 2025.” Note that changing the item description ON THE INVOICE should NOT change the stored item ITSELF. However, in the “New Version” of Paypal, that is exactly what happens.  Next time you sell “peppermint flavor” coffee, you’ll need top delete “caramel” first, and for rent, don’t forget to delete Jan 2025 before entering Feb 2025. Of course the whole purpose of storing items is to make invoicing faster and more efficient. But that purpose is defeated when one mut delete previously entered material. We use PayPal Zettle in our shop. It is linked to our WooCommerce website. We have an plug-in that allows us to sell fabric by the quarter (.25) yard. It will track our inventory in fractions as well. When I sync the inventory items, to the Zettle POS, it is only bringing in the whole number and dropping any fractions. I also notice that I can not sell fractions, as I can not use a decimal point. Is there a setting I'm missing or do I need to find a work-around? Thank you for you help and advice. ... View more
