[Defect] Visual Bug when asking for cancellation/modification of active payments (automating payments page).

Modal group/component seems to be pushed down out of initial view and requires scrolling of page to see it.

There is very little feedback and clicking out of modal div does not cancel the modal. soft-locking users who are unaware that scrolling is required.

Note: On browsers where zoom is above 100%. scrolling looks less obvious .
