Adjust compensation request in dispute

I disputed a sale on ebay but I can't find it.

I opened a case, got an email, but when I click on it i can't find the dispute on the Paypal website.

I would like to adjust the compensation request but cannot find any way to do this.

The website says 1 case open, but also this cannot be found. Where is it?
