sub standard goods and paypal still stuck up for seller

We disputed goods and have evidence of the poor standard of installation and quality. Paypal stuck up for the customer HOW! they havent even seen the pictures. Nobody should buy from company that uses Paypal because they only have their business intrest and the company called Impact Glazing and Glass in birmingham know this and hide under this protection. Paypal i want to reopen my dispute that was raised and send you pictures then lets see your decision.

Paypal covers you for items ''significantly other than as described'' they do not however get involved in quality issues.

So you paid for a service and received the service but unfortunately not to the standard you wanted.

As that is not covered by Paypal then why not look into a small claims court action?

Its quite easy and you can file online.
