my account manager is not responding, what to do?

I am from Malaysia. My paypal access is limited. I submitted all the required information. But still limit is not lifted. Then I contact support center, from there I came to know I have a account manager, who is responsible for my account after that. So I mail her, but 2 weeks have passed. I haven't received any response from her. When I try to call, there is no number in the contact page. It is what I get from the contact page
Please help me, my payments are pending, I can not withdraw money.
