I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a week. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Why don't they have a phone number to call and speak to a human.
I received a credit of 145.94 on April 22/20 to offset the charge you put on my account on April 21/20. Thank you. Now back to my original problem which is on PP-1-9935979 for two charges were determined by Paypal to be fraudulent for 99.76 and 98.00 for a total of 197.76 and were to be refunded. On April 7/20 Paypal took 144.44 out of my bank account. In conclusion I am still missing 144.44 from my bank account. Please look into this matter ASAP as I need to balance my account.
