Submitting documents for charity

Hi all,

1. I try to submit this letter of authorisation but it cannot get accepted.I downloaded the document, the president signed it and scanned it with our letterhead as requested.

2. I also try to submit our statutes (Greek official latest ones) as the requested Charity registration documents but again they are not accepted.

If you have some idea how can I resolve these issues please let me know.

These are the only pending issues for us to be approved and start accepting charity.
