Scam likely help? Advice?

I believe I may have entered my payment info through paypal on a scam website. I purchased an online service which did not work at all. The payment was for $15. There was no mention that this was a subscription. Also the subscription price is $162.00 and the billing cycle is every 9 days. That sounds like a scam to me. Also the seller has no contact information of any kind. The transaction does not show up in my account because I wasnt logged in to paypal when I made the transaction but I do have an online invoice with the transaction details. Is it p Could I just call them and tell them to block payment? If I do that will I still be legally liable to pay that fraud seller?

Hi @leseandark,

Thank you for your post! It sounds like a subscription was created on a guest account. In this situation, it's best to reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.

I hope this helps!
