Long story short I have sent £210 to a guy via goods and services to purchase an iPhone. I have buyer's protection but he has not sent the phone. I set up a case with Paypal but they say it will still take three days to look into. He has not sent a tracking number to either me or PayPal so do you think I will get my money back?
