Restricted account with no explanation.

This is how dumbed down this company is. They restrict my account and I can not add any form of payment.

How am I supposed to pay for the credit and Pay In 4 ??? This is beyond being obtuse to say the least.

Customer Service please learn English you can't communicate with your customer !!!

To my surprise, I also cannot receive nor send payment at all. They should state what was the reason behind the restrictions. I worked hard for that money, I've waited for a long time to earn that but they just replied that my account's balance is to be held for 180 days!!!???
