I recently purchased an item and used PayPal for the transaction. The seller never sent the item and will not respond to emails. I believe it was a fake website. I have filed several disputes with PayPal only to be denied a refund. What do I need to do?

You can only open x1 dispute per transaction and for paypal to get involved you need to escalate to a claim within 20 days.
If it closes then you can't open another one yourself.
If you say which dispute you opened and what happened we may be able to advise further.
Advice is voluntary.
