Problem with seller

Hi I try to open a case with seller which didn't send what I order, and the item he send is broken, there's no option in resolution centre for refund , only cancel subscription . How can I contact PayPal for refund ?

This is extremely troubling, a seller using subscription/billing agreement tool to sell physical/shippable items?! Or was it digital item?

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes.
  4. Click Dispute a payment.
  5. Click Message Us after “This information might help” box

Explain what happen in the message.

 

If you don’t get any help, and paid with card to do a chargeback with your card issuer.

 

Be sure to cancel that subscription so you don’t get billed again. Good luck.
