Paypal permanently limits my accound

Paypal just limits my account for being "under 18", They don't even check the pictures with DOB (Date Of Birth) on it and they just find a random reason to limits my account, I am mad at them for not checking the DOB on the 4 pictures I've send them and I can't remove my limitation without creating a whole new account, is there anyway to remove the limitation.

I think the point is were you over 18 when you opened the account? If not then it wouldn't matter if you were 30 when they discovered it they would still limit it as an illegally made underage account.

I made the account few days after I turned 18.
