What can I do if PayPal blocked my email address and credit card(can't remove them) in an account that I did like 5 years ago, not knowing what PayPal was all about... ? They blocked my stuff in the sense that I can't reuse them for another new account, and I never did anything wrong. I wish they could "unban" me, because I did nothing wrong, or at least remove the email address and credit card from that account.
Paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account against their rules.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
