Made a purchase on 24th March I think I was scammed, seller insisted that I should use friends and family but that was a red flag in the event of disrupt claims, no tracking number was given to me. Since then the seller has been unresponsive, escalated claim on 8th April seller is expected to respond before 28th April but case resolution is 23rd April.
