I haven't used paypal in over a year, and I wanted to set up a stream, however, now my Paypal is saying I'm not allowed to use paypal. The reason is given is "We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services." I haven't touched my paypal in over a year. How do I get this resolved?
