Is there any way I can get a refund for unauthorized charges? How???

Is there a way I can be refunded for Uber PayPal charges?  I authorized $24.99 for an Uber ride on June 3, 2021.  PayPay charged me an additional $24.99 on the 3d od each of the subsequent two months.  Where do I turn?

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

If not then click on the transaction and report a billing error in the resolution centre.
