I got cash backed by the buyer!

Hello Paypal community, just got cash backed $180 usd, I used a trusted middle man which the buyer trusted for a online game item trade. he did pay me and the middle man definitely gave the item, but 3-5 minutes later I got a email from Paypal about a dispute ticket, I do have chat proof of the buyer but he seems to have ghosting me, not sure what to do i’m seeking for help.

Be sure to reply to the dispute in the Resolution Center with any information.
