Help please! My paypal unauthorised transaction claim keeps on being denied

As you probably read from the title I opened a claim around last week, to my surprise I got an email 4 hours later saying “no unauthorised use” and closed my case. I tried to contact customer service but no response, I message paypal on twitter to see if they’ll respond and they say they’ll look into it again I was given a “claim denied, no unauthorised use”. Why am I being charged for someone else’s payment? Is there anything I can do or do I just have to accept it? Any responses are appreciated
